This PR introduces AOP-wiki as a new database alongside PubMed, PMC and Europe PMC. It is accessed via the SPARQL endpoint and currently allows abstract download.
Secondly, this PR adds ability to categorize text using LLMs. As a first case study, this was used to categorize AOPs into categories based on the target organ.
