Why

The Sequences section added in #36 says a host asks the model once to go on when it ends a reply mid-sequence. It leaves out the exception: after a step that waits for the user (waitsForUser), the host doesn't ask. That is what gui-chat-protocol's createSequenceKeeper does, and the API reference says so. Without the exception, a host author could ask at a waiting step. CodeRabbit found the same sentence in receptron/MulmoChat#234, which is fixed there.

Change

docs/plugin-development-guide.md: the sentence now says "…, but not after a step that waits for the user (waitsForUser)."

Docs only.

The sequences section said the host asks the model to go on mid-sequence
without the waitsForUser exception (CodeRabbit found the same sentence
in receptron/MulmoChat#234).
