Feature description
OnboardingTour.tsxsets a permanentlocalStorageflag (TOUR_KEY) on dismissal (line 261) with no UI anywhere to clear it and see the tour again.Problem this solves
A user who dismissed the tour too quickly, or a returning user who forgot the shortcuts, has no way to revisit it short of manually clearing browser storage.
Proposed solution
A small "Replay tour" link/button, e.g. in the Footer or the Keyboard Shortcuts panel, that clears the localStorage key and re-triggers the tour.
