fix: keep onboarding tooltip within viewport

Description

This PR fixes the onboarding tour tooltip positioning issue where the tooltip could be rendered partially off-screen when displayed on the left side of the viewport.

Changes made

• Added viewport padding to keep tooltips within the visible browser area.
• Updated left-positioned tooltips to prevent negative horizontal positioning.
• Clamped the vertical position so tooltips remain fully visible within the viewport.
• Applied similar viewport bounds to right-positioned tooltips for consistent behavior.
