Explore without timeseries uses a different measure container. All the new updates broke this section.

  1. Using the new measures dropdown that supports tags.
  2. Fixing the styling below the dropdown, the dropdown was part of grid.
  3. Updating to use flex so that measures are filled row by row and wrap if there is no space.
  4. Make sure measure/leaderboard resizer works
