Python Wrapper for the Ringing Class Library

NOTE: these bindings are still incomplete

This package contains Python bindings for the Ringing Class Library. It should work with CPython versions 3.8 to 3.11.

Install as follows:

1. Build and install the Ringing Class Library. You can obtain the latest source from SourceForge.

2. Install using pip:

   pip install ringing-lib
