Refine CSS property scope for hardcoded value analysis #6

Description

@robinlopez

The current analyzer flags hardcoded values across all CSS properties, which introduces a significant amount of noise and reduces the relevance of the results. Some CSS properties (e.g. layout, positioning, interaction) are often context-specific and not typically tokenized in design systems. Including them in the analysis biases the score and makes the audit less actionable.

Proposal
Introduce a configurable property scope for the analysis:

  • Define a default scoped list of properties that are relevant for token usage (e.g. color, typography, spacing, radius).
  • Exclude or deprioritize properties that are usually not tokenized, such as:
  • Layout: display, position, float, clear

  • Positioning: top, right, bottom, left, z-index

  • Interaction/animation: transition, animation, transform

  • Visual fine-tuning: opacity, filter, cursor, user-select

  • Allow users to customize this list via plugin settings to fit their design system constraints.
