Targets for tests?

The main objective now is to show to the public that the LinkAttributes extension is stable... So I think that the next step in this direction is to test, and demonstre that we tested.

Suggestions:

• next changes go to v1.0!
• create a "readme.md" (ok created!)
• invite people here (at issues) to send feedback about use or tests... Or show old implementations that are today yet running the extension.
• add labels to issues (adding!)
• ...

Would it be suitable to transfer this extension to Gerrit, so it can be tested in the normal way? More information here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Gerrit/New_repositories

Since this repo has been pretty quiet for over a year, I think moving it to Gerrit makes a ton of sense.
