feat(release): publish to the aeonmindai/homebrew-tap formula - #1

RUN-380 - release.yml dispatches cli-release to aeonmindai/homebrew-tap after each release so the formula is regenerated from the new checksums.txt (skipped when HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN is unset; the tap's six-hourly sync is the fallback). - Release notes and README list `brew install aeonmindai/tap/runcrate`.
