Follow-up to #145.

• Reorder the mirror summary to "Mirrored N of M repos from " to match the other batch summaries.
• Use grant/granted in repo_add_user() and repo_add_team() messages.
• Align per-item verbs with their summaries in branch_delete(), pages_enabled(), pages_create(), repo_allows_forking(), and repo_is_template().
• Pin ghclass.progress off in the test helper so the suite ignores the user's .Rprofile.
