It is `GITHUB_ACTIONS=true`, not `GITHUB_ACTIONS=1`. Gets me everytime.

It is
GITHUB_ACTIONS=true, uhh. Not sure why this ever worked on CI. Eitherghisn't available, orread_linesomehow worked when the stdin was closed (but why would it be closed? 🤔).
