Summary

We're observing the Windows Server 2025 image (specifically 20250504.1.0) appears to have some configuration problems, causing insufficient disk space.

Mitigation attempts

• Temporarily use Windows Server 2022 instead of Windows Server 2025 images #141023

Resolution

• New Windows Server 2025 images have been released (20250527.1.0) which seems to have correctly configured storage capacity.
• Switch x86_64-msvc-{1,2} back to Windows Server 2025 images #141861
