crates.io: Return 416 for unsatisfiable Compute ranges - #1244

The Fastly Compute cache can return `206` with a byte range starting at or beyond the archive size while sending the complete archive body. The service now replaces that response with an empty `416` and an unsatisfied `Content-Range`, preventing invalid download resumes.

thanks! I've verified that this seems to fix the issue :) I guess ideally this should be fixed on the Fastly side, but the workaround is good enough for now 😅 |
