Softpluscurrently fails import, including the delta projection in a small Mamba fixture. WebNN already provides the matching unary operation.Softplusdirectly tosoftplus, without expanding it into potentially unstableexp/logarithmetic.Validation: regression tests fail before the change and pass afterward;
make fmt-check, strict all-target Clippy, and the full 201-test suite pass with Rust 1.97.0 and 1.98. The parser-only configuration also passes. The Mamba fixture now gets pastSoftplusand stops at the separatePadgap; this is not an end-to-end model claim.
