Problem

In the default window size (640x780), the UI panel suffered from an unwanted horizontal scrollbar across the main panel and in modal dialogs. This regression was caused by:

1. ScrollView not having viewport width constraints, allowing children (like long provider example strings and status notes) to report unconstrained preferred widths that exceeded the 640px window width.
2. ScrollView lacking horizontal scrollbar policy (ScrollBarPolicy.always-off).
3. Help tooltips and modal preview texts lacking word wrapping for narrow containers.

Solution

1. Applied idiomatic Slint ScrollView responsive layout pattern to ScrollView in ui/panel.slint:
   • content-width: sv.visible-width;
   • horizontal-scrollbar-policy: ScrollBarPolicy.always-off;
   • Constrained inner VerticalLayout width with width: sv.visible-width;.
2. Applied the same pattern to modal detail preview-sv := ScrollView and bounded text wrapping.
3. Added wrap: word-wrap; to all tooltip text elements in ui/settings.slint.

Verification

• Virtual desktop visual smoke test (bun run ui:smoke ui/target/debug/squid-ui) passed cleanly without any horizontal scrollbar.
• cargo test --manifest-path ui/Cargo.toml passed (12/12).
• bun test passed (812/812).
