…SH_DEV_ENABLED Without the variable a push to develop no longer starts the publication, so a missing secret or CLI release does not leave red runs. A manual dispatch is not gated.

…on is enabled The step of publish-release now runs only with DSB_PUBLISH_PROM_ENABLED=true and cannot fail the release job: the tag and the GitHub release are already created at that point, and a disabled feature must not change the release workflow.

publish-compose-preview-plugin: публикация Compose preview plugin из CI на бэкенд DSB. Спеки (OpenSpec) и реализация в одном PR.CI не пишет в S3: он собирает
preview-compose-plugin.zipи отправляет его командойdsbuilder preview-plugin publishна бэкенд design-system-builder. Бэкенд сам кладёт файлы в хранилище, импортирует мету из архива и ведёт версии.commit,version(12 символов sha),uikitComposeVersion(изsdds-core/uikit-compose/gradle.properties),apiMetaSha256;api-meta.jsonвходит в архив. Проверка состава и идентификации артефакта (verifyPreviewPluginArtifact) выполняется перед браузерным тестом.publish-preview-plugin.yml: push вdevelopотправляет на dev-бэкенд, релизный тег (безусловный вызов изpublish-release) на prom-бэкенд,workflow_dispatchдля выбранного окружения. Шаги: проверка контракта,jvmTest, артефакт, браузерный тест, установка CLI из релиза DSB, пробная отправка, отправка с--apply. Публикации в одно окружение идут последовательно.Чтобы публикация заработала, нужны секреты
