[Feature] Cloud relay #299

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For laptops where all inbound ports are blocked this app does not work. This is a common case on corporate laptops
Describe the solution you'd like
If we can create a self hosted relay server or server that can negotiate 2 outbound ports that would solve the issue
Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing since inbound ports cannot be enabled on corporate laptops

At the moment no built-in cloud relay is planned but as we already have, it is fully supported with your own VPN tunnels such as Tailscale and already can be used even with ADB over internet with it.
Just make sure you enable
Expand networkingin settings on Android and it will be discoverable to connect.
