[Bug]: Island showing both timer and progress when notification includes both #1399

Bug Description

If a notification includes both a timer (not sure if up and down behave the same) and a progress bar, both are also shown in the island, taking up multiple widget spaces, and in larger widget counts (3 and 4) completely running off the screen on one side.

An example is HomeAssistants WashData integration, which gives the timer as a countdown for expected remaining wash runtime in the "header", and a progress bar showing the wash cycle progress to completion.

Steps to Reproduce

Have notification with both a timer and progress bar at the same time.

Expected Behavior

Not sure, but it's not ideal how it is now. Maybe some way to better balance the widgets on each side at least?
