[Bug]: Conscious Gate Haptic feedback even with screen off #1417

Bug Description

Having the setting on, when entering the app with the filter ON and locking the phone, the phone itself keeps vibrating.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable conscious gate
2. Select any app to trigger it
3. Enter selected app
4. Notice that the blocker/dialog starts vibrating asking the user to press and hold to continue
5. Press the power button to lock the phone.

The phone itself keeps rendering the haptic on background for quite some time even when the app should be stoped since the phone is off and locked.

Expected Behavior

Haptic feedback should stop since the lifecycle of the app should be stoped or killed.
