Upgrade the compiler from TypeScript 5.9.3 to 6.0.3 instead of 7.x. TypeScript 7 conflicts with the current ts-jest peer range; 6.0.3 stays within the supported range and keeps @types/node at 22.20.2 for the minimum supported Node runtime.
Remove unused baseUrl. Retain the current module-resolution/output layout with TypeScript 6's explicit ignoreDeprecations setting, also on the intentional legacy CommonJS consumer check. Limit Dependabot proposals to TypeScript <7 and Node types <23, matching the chosen support policy. No parser source or runtime dependency changes.
Validation:
PR #63 was closed per the decision to keep Node 22 types. The independent ts-jest patch update in #62 remains compatible; neither its old nor new version supports TypeScript 7.
All remote checks now pass: Node 22/24, Bun, Deno, CodeQL (JavaScript/TypeScript and Actions), and Dependabot configuration validation.
