Why

Keep the existing native Browser consumer contract explicit for per-call CSS viewport and scroll controls, so measured page geometry is not mistaken for user-agent or device emulation.

Changes

• Document the existing view.viewportWidth, view.viewportHeight, and view.scrollY inputs in both native Browser tool schemas.
• Clarify that responses report measured viewport and scroll geometry, while these inputs do not enable user-agent, touch, or device-scale-factor emulation.
• Add provider-level coverage for a 390x844 CSS viewport, 120px scroll position, measured geometry, and a typed PNG screenshot with matching image dimensions.

Validation and disposition

• The native Browser evidence job and app-server computer-use job passed.
• Required checks are blocked by the existing cli-mcp_list proxy-discovery test: macOS x86_64 reports os error 35; Windows shard 3/4 reports os error 10035, and its Windows retry also failed.
• This remains a useful, narrowly scoped interim schema-contract change for the current native consumer. It is not merge-ready; no required-check bypass has been used. Reconcile these existing CI failures and re-establish the required checks before landing.
