Security policy

Twinkle does not yet designate long-term-supported release lines. Security fixes target the latest development revision and, when practical, the latest published release.

Please report a suspected vulnerability privately through GitHub's private vulnerability reporting. Do not include exploit details in a public issue. Include the affected revision, platform, impact, reproduction steps, and any suggested mitigation.

If private vulnerability reporting is unavailable for the repository, ask a maintainer for a private reporting channel without disclosing the vulnerability details. Acknowledgement and fix timelines are best-effort until the project publishes a formal service-level policy.

Ordinary crashes, usability problems, and non-sensitive defects belong in GitHub Issues.
