Merge anomalyco/opencode tag v2.2.5 into integration-v2. Preserve fork CLI branding (shuvcode 2.2.5-shuv.1), opentunnel patches alongside upstream's new vite-plugin patch, hidden Claude Agent connect UI (#467), and the hidden-provider filter in the TUI connect menu (adopting upstream's MCP removal from it).

Merges upstream tag v2.2.5. CLI version 2.2.5-shuv.1. Conflicts: version bumps (took 2.2.5), root patchedDependencies (kept both), CHANGELOG (upstream), connect dialog/i18n (kept #467 Claude Agent hide), TUI integrationOptions (kept hidden filter, dropped MCP sort per upstream anomalyco#60675). bun.lock regenerated with bun 1.4.4. Local: bun run typecheck 40/40, TUI integration dialog tests pass.
