…pendabot #91, #92) Both bumps waited for the v0.11.4 tag (LEDGER C-072). One PR with both, as planned: NAudio.Wasapi 3.2.0 -> 3.3.0 (seat audio) and System.ServiceProcess.ServiceController 10.0.13 -> 10.0.14 (anode setup's Remote Desktop service handling). Dependabot's #91 and #92 waited for the v0.11.4 tag (Compass LEDGER C-072). This PR takes both in one change:

Each bump also passed 120/120 on its own (compass-merge, 10-27) and together on0bae98b(compass-merge's local merge). Real seat audio isn't part of the quick checks (RELEASE-READINESS already says so).No seat, lease or installed Anode was touched.
After this merges, #91 and #92 can be closed as included here.
