CONTRIBUTING.md release step 7 for v0.11.4 (published 2026-10-31, tag on 1ad6eae): the Scoop bucket, the winget manifests and the skill's install section now point at 0.11.4 instead of 0.11.3.

• bucket/anode.json: version 0.11.4, the v0.11.4 anode-windows-x64.zip URL and its SHA-256 c5dea486…8d711.
• packaging/winget/*: PackageVersion 0.11.4, InstallerUrl, InstallerSha256 (upper case), ReleaseDate 2026-10-31 and ReleaseNotesUrl. ManifestVersion and the schema comments move from 1.12.0 to 1.28.0, which winget-pkgs moderators now require; scripts/test-distribution.ps1 doesn't pin the manifest version.
• skills/anode-desktop/SKILL.md: every version in the install section (download URL, temp file name, -Version arguments, prose) is 0.11.4. install.ps1's SHA-256 in v0.11.4's SHA256SUMS (27325770…063d5) is the same as 0.11.3's, so that line doesn't change.

Hashes: both come from the release's SHA256SUMS (gh release download v0.11.4 -p SHA256SUMS) and match GitHub's asset digests.

Checks: winget validate --manifest packaging\winget (v1.29.380) printed "Manifest validation succeeded." (as a control, an unknown 1.99.0 gave schema-header warnings). bucket/anode.json parses as JSON. scripts\test-distribution.ps1 and scripts\check-docs.ps1 need a built package or anode.exe, so CI runs them in full. Run on their own, the bucket, skill and winget checks from test-distribution.ps1 all passed (17 [ok], 0 failures); a planted mismatch made them fail. No code, docs or workflow changes.

Compass review: ready to merge

Tested head 9dfa5d6 with current main (37355d8, #97) merged in locally (clean merge, not pushed):

• scripts\build.ps1 -QuickTest: build OK, self-test 120/120, docs check consistent (42 documents, 41 tools), 48 s.
• The bucket, skill and winget sections of scripts\test-distribution.ps1, run against the merged tree (csproj 0.11.5): 17 ok, 0 failures. The 0.11.4 pins may trail the unreleased 0.11.5, as the script allows.
• winget validate --manifest packaging\winget (v1.29.380): succeeded.
• Hashes: the ZIP (c5dea486…8d711) and install.ps1 (27325770…063d5) equal v0.11.4's SHA256SUMS and GitHub's asset digests.
• CI on the head: build and environment-selftest green.

Second opinion: Codex is out of usage until 4 Nov, so a fresh Claude reviewer read the diff on its own and found no credible problem. It also checked that the winget files equal the submission in microsoft/winget-pkgs#447749, that the schema URLs resolve, that the release date is right, and that nothing else in the repo needed re-pinning.
