v0.10.0 的发版准备。前 5 个文件由 .github/workflows/release-prep.yml 机械生成（版本号、测试徽章、CHANGELOG 空节与占位行），本 PR 的第二次提交补上判断部分——CONTRIBUTING 明确写「机械的归机器、判断的归人」。

工作流的第 8 步（开 PR）因仓库级开关 Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests 关闭而失败，分支已推上去、PR 没开出来。按 CONTRIBUTING 的规矩不重跑工作流，直接手动开 PR。

人写的部分

双 README 的 v0.10 版本表主题：根 README 中英两处路线图 + 包 README 版本历史。主题一句话概括本版九条：蒸馏归因补上「运行」身份、溯源反方向、会话级无痕、防谄媚到写入面，以及 differentiate 正反馈、sleep 冲突预算与续排、面板最近巩固口径、移动端断点。
双 README 各一条 News 头条（2026-11-02 / v0.10.0）。
CHANGELOG 0.10.0 节的 ### 贡献者 / Thanks：@wuchichiumike（[feature] 会话级无痕闸门：指定会话与子代理不注入、不蒸馏、不执行记忆工具 #539/feat(session): add opt-in incognito gate (#539) #540 会话级无痕实现，本版唯一外部代码贡献）、@chengxinshengglj-png（[bug] sleep 冲突阶段的输入侧没有任何预算：全部候选对一次塞进一个 prompt、判 keep 不留痕，单请求实测 163,054 token（整池 163,840），失败后按冷却重排同一输入 #529 两轮实测）、@xueyue33（[bug] sleepActionSet="full" 下 differentiate 形成正反馈死循环：双侧追加相同注记拉高余弦相似度 + 字面 includes 幂等失效，实测单条堆叠 19 段「差异注记」 #533 现场数据）、@strange2000（[0.9.3] 解析失败后确定性无限重试同一窗口：转录裸放 user 消息会被模型当成「该我回话了」 #493 复核）。维护者本人不进 Thanks。
清掉唯一一处内部实验代号：CHANGELOG 里 （E12 那类） 改为中性措辞，CONTRIBUTING 要求公开条目里不出现内部实验代号。
SECURITY.md 中英两张支持版本表跨 minor 下移一格：0.10.x 活跃 / 0.9.x 尽力维护 / < 0.9.0 不支持，EOL 段措辞同步。Out of scope 的「不支持版本」边界也一并挪到 < 0.9.0 —— 这一步没有测试兜着（security-doc.test.js 只锁两表首行与两表一致），是照 v0.9.0 的先例做的判断。

顺带修掉一条定时炸弹

test/release-docs.test.js 里有一条用例把目标版本写死成 0.10.0：在 main 上通过（表里还没有 v0.10 行），但在 release-prep 分支上必红——占位行恰好已由发版脚本插进去，「中英各插一行」退化成零插入。已在干净 worktree 上复现确认与本次文档改动无关，改为取现存最高 major 再高一档，断言从此与「这次发的是哪一版」无关。

验证

全量 npm test：2660 tests / 2659 pass / 0 fail / 1 skipped（EXIT=0）。
node scripts/check-sync.js：✓ src/ 与 lib/ 一致（83 个文件）。
四个文档守卫单独跑：release-docs + security-doc + test-count-sync + docs-config-keys，22/22 pass。
测试数徽章 2660 是脚本刷的，与实测一致，未手改。

发版后还要做（不在本 PR）

合并后：git tag v0.10.0 → git push origin v0.10.0，由 release.yml 核三方一致性、跑测试矩阵、带 provenance 发布并建 GitHub Release。
