Add a 2026-10-19 evening to 10-21 update: hook fixes, machine settings and launchers, the clauded default (#455, then #457), gh-wrapper bypasses closed, the digest's protection and CodeQL sections, and the jordan-paddock-pitch fleet onboarding. Correct the 10-16 note that MIMOLETTE's personify is a CLI install. It uses the claude.ai sync like the other machines; checked over SSH 2026-10-21, the gate resolves the synced copy (2.2.1).
