Description

Result from running /bump-version skill.

Note

Low Risk
Mechanical version-only changes with no runtime logic or dependency updates in the diff.

Overview
Bumps the Snyk Eclipse plugin release line from 3.11.0 to 3.12.0 across the Tycho/Maven multi-module build (parent pom.xml and module POMs for plugin, feature, tests, target-platform, and update-site).

Eclipse/OSGi metadata is updated in parallel: Bundle-Version in plugin and tests manifests, feature.xml feature version, and feature JAR references in feature/category.xml and update-site/category.xml (3.12.0.qualifier / 3.12.0-SNAPSHOT). No functional or dependency changes appear in this diff.
