The org retired PR auditor in Nov 2025 (sourcegraph/sourcegraph#7809, sourcegraph/docs#1454) and the shared PR_AUDITOR_TOKEN no longer authenticates, so check-pr fails on every PR with 'Bad credentials' while cloning sourcegraph/devx-service.

check-prjob from thepr-auditorworkflow fails on every PR in this repo. It clones the privatesourcegraph/devx-servicerepo with the org secretPR_AUDITOR_TOKEN, which now returnsBad credentials.The org retired PR auditor in Nov 2025: sourcegraph/sourcegraph#7809, sourcegraph/docs#1454, sourcegraph/src-cli#1199, sourcegraph/deploy-sourcegraph-helm#768. This PR does the same here.
pull_request_targetruns the workflow file from the default branch, so removing it here stops the check for all PRs.
