Improve AI setup wizard experience

Summary

• refine the AI setup wizard branding, prompt focus, and smooth progress behavior
• preserve wizard state across reloads and recover interrupted generate/launch flows
• replace the category browser prompt with an accessible inline category input
• add current-location detection and related responsive UI polish
