How to reproduce the issue or how to test the changes

This updates the four requested Directory Builder tutorial videos. It also reformats an existing multi-line array_merge() call in the same PHP file so the changed-file PHPCS check can complete without changing runtime behavior.

1. Open Directorist > Directory Builder, select a directory, and open Add Listing Form. Click Watch Tutorial and confirm the new "Add Listing Form for Real Estate" video loads.
2. Open Search Form, click Watch Tutorial, and confirm the new "Search Form" video loads.
3. Open Single Page Layout > Listing Contents, click Watch Tutorial, and confirm the new "Single page Layout-Listing Content" video loads.
4. Open Single Page Layout > Listing Header, click Watch Tutorial, and confirm the new "Single page Layout-Listing Header" video loads.
