Pins generator 0.23.0 (with 0.22.0) from Specfuse/generator-dist, sha256 b906ed3f6bd8e6d657ff5e14d82cacb545ce46fc9674fb8d0d67551535ffacc6. hello-orders validates with identical codes on 0.21.0 and 0.23.0, the extensions vocabulary is unchanged, and check-extension-vocabulary passes. Handbooks document the breaking changes: per-group basePackage namespaces and AMBIGUOUS_LAYER_OWNER, kiosk-session admission per operation, [ScopesRequired] OperationId, the ARAZZO_ACTOR_LACKS_SCOPE 403 exemption, nested emit.expect maps. The C# guide adds TestSeed.SeedSpareParents, event-asserting service tests and EventActorScope. compatibility.md §59 and docs/generator-releases.md carry the record.
