Custom collection/discipline UIFormatters no longer fully replace system catalog-number formats. Missing formats are filled from backstop by name (Fixes specify#8676), matching the DataObjFormatters fall-back pattern. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

- Line 74: Update the resource-selection branch in get_app_resource so
UIFormatters requests with additional_default=True bypass custom-resource lookup
and reach the existing default-only path, returning the Backstop resource alone.
Preserve the current lookup behavior for other UIFormatters requests and
DataObjFormatters.
- Around line 100-102: Update the UIFormatters merge in get_app_resource to
include applicable Common definitions by formatter name before applying the
Backstop fallback. Preserve the most-specific definition when names overlap, and
retain the existing Backstop fallback behavior.

… logic Updated the get_app_resource function to handle UIFormatters with an additional_default flag, allowing for the retrieval of Backstop formats without merging custom resources. Added tests to verify the new behavior, ensuring that formats are correctly merged and that custom formats do not interfere when the additional_default flag is set. 220-223: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winTest Common precedence over Backstop for a Collection-missing name.
COMMON_UI_FORMATTERSandBACKSTOP_UI_FORMATTERSshare onlyCatalogNumber, whichCUSTOM_UI_FORMATTERSalso defines. The current assertions therefore prove only that Collection wins. Add a formatter name shared by Common and Backstop but absent from Collection, give the two definitions distinct fields, and assert that retrieval keeps the Common definition. A reversed Common/Backstop merge order would otherwise pass.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Introduced a new UIFormatter for AccessionNumber, allowing it to be recognized and processed alongside existing formats. Updated unit tests to ensure the new format is correctly integrated and validated against expected behaviors, including checks for field types and merging logic with existing formats.
