Dashboard: don't repeat the overall top list as a pool table - #63

When the overall top candidates all come from one pool, that pool's top 5 are the overall table's first five rows. Show a one-line pointer instead of the duplicate table; other pools keep their tables. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

On https://sr320.github.io/AREE/, the Top candidates per pool table for disease susceptibility repeats the first five rows of the overall table. That pool fills the entire overall list.
When a pool's top 5 is exactly the start of the overall table, this PR shows a one-line pointer in its place ("the same as the first 5 rows of the overall table above"). Rows are matched by phenotype and gene. Thermal tolerance and any other pool keep their tables. If the overall list later mixes phenotypes, every pool table comes back on its own.
