#96 合并后，深色主题的浮层仍使用固定浅色，guest 注入范围过宽，重复调用和异步清理也缺少回归保护。本 PR 完成 owner 后续修复，并去除输入框上方残留的黑色渐变。

改动

浮层和预览卡统一使用主题底色，保留宿主圆角、普通 tooltip 和输入框底色；按实测结构清理原生内容页外壳和聊天底部渐变，排除 beautiCode 自身 UI。
拆分媒体运行时职责，保留七个注入参数、公开方法和健康快照；保留本地阴影恢复与输入框装饰层修复。
使用独立 guest 控制器：精确校验预期/实际地址，默认排除未知、sandbox、预热、认证和支付页面；用 insertCSS 样式键替代尺寸扫描与内联改写。
覆盖同代次复用、交接、动态移除、导航、延迟注入、超时、清除与销毁；过期样式键会撤销。
增加源码、Node 行为、浏览器及包内载荷回归，补充 ADR 和验收记录。

验证

同步 main@405fd81 后重新运行：

npm run typecheck、npm run build：通过。
npm test：435 通过、20 显式跳过、0 失败。
两组 Edge 浏览器回归：9 通过、0 跳过。
最终包内载荷回归：4 通过、0 跳过；此前实时视频录制样例发生过一次仅生成文件头的波动，原样复跑通过，失败记录保留在验收文档。

Codex 26.1016.6573.0 深色现场检查了 Plugins、Library、Sites、Images，以及输入框上方渐变修复。应用浅色主题现场、允许的 Electron guest 页面仍未完成现场验收；Plans、支付、认证等未验证页面保持原生。浏览器样例通过不替代这些现场验收。

架构决策见 ADR 0009，执行与验收边界见实施记录。本 PR 不发布安装包、不自动合并。

远程 CI

push 与 pull_request 两次运行的 Windows / Ubuntu × Node 22 / 24 检查现均通过。
PR 运行中的 Windows / Node 24 首次在未改动的 core/process-liveness 测试中失败（耗时约 3 秒，与现有 PowerShell 查询超时一致）；相同提交重跑后通过，未通过修改或跳过断言绕过。

重建视频节点前要先释放旧绑定

doAttachVideoFile 在 videoEl 已断开时调用 createVideoElement(stage)。createVideoElement 会直接覆盖 videoListeners，但不调用旧绑定的 dispose()。旧的已断开节点因此仍挂着 error、stalled、emptied 等处理器。这些处理器全部写入当前代次的同一个 lifecycle。

紧接着，playVideoObjectUrl 会撤销旧的 videoObjectUrl。如果旧节点仍在读取这个 blob，它可能触发 error。这时 isCurrent() 为 true，onError 可能调用 lifecycle.markFailed，导致新附件的视频也被判为失败。另一个后果是：旧绑定以后若被 dispose，会移除共享的 lifecycle.onVisibility 监听，新节点也会失去这个监听。

修复方法：在 createVideoElement 中先释放旧绑定，再创建新绑定。
