This draft PR added scene numbering logic to

  • BSkow
  • Rocco Stiffedi
  • Girlfriendsfilms
  • Wicked

Also, it moves several others to use shared logic instead of duplicated

There is many other studios with same problem, but i chose only most coherent cases for POC.

Add scene numbering to Altwolia-based scrapers

Some studios use individual scenes titles that are just the name of
the movie that they're from so we add scene numbering based on their
position within that movie

Adds centralized logic for this and uses it in several scrapers

This supercedes PRs #2870 and #2872
