Updates byte-unit 5.2.5 → 5.2.6, clap 4.6.6 → 4.6.7, dirs 6.0.0 → 7.0.0, Rust 1.98.0 → 1.98.1, nightly rustfmt 2026-08-21 → 2026-09-16, and the Docker build actions to their latest releases. Regenerates Cargo.lock.
