Paths are now relative to the directory containing the file where the reference originates. Paths that start with / are relative to the project root.

File and directory references (
[file:...]and[dir:...]) are now resolved relative to the directory containing the file where the reference originates. Paths that start with/(e.g.,[file:/CHANGELOG.md]) are resolved relative to the project root. Previously, paths were relative to the project root unless they started with.or...This is a breaking change for references to root-relative paths from files in subdirectories. Those references need a leading
/. This PR also bumps the version to 1.15.0.Status: Ready
