Pulls in streamingfast/dauth#19: each continuous Authenticate response now refreshes the stream's trusted headers, so a stream whose first authentication returned none is metered with its identity from the next continuous call on. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

A stream whose first authentication returned no identity is metered with it from the next continuous call on.streamingfast/firehose-core#305 does the same in firehose-core, which is the bump chain binaries pick up.
