fix(dev): print the Traefik URL instead of the container address in dev logs

Summary

Under bun run dev:up, the web and docs dev servers now print their Traefik address (http://web.<slug>.freenary.localhost/) in place of Vite's in-container localhost:3001 and 172.x lines. The API server logs BETTER_AUTH_URL in place of a hard-coded localhost. Start with the small printPublicUrl plugin in the two vite.config.ts files.

Motivation

• Since the stack moved behind Traefik (chore(dev): route the dev stack through a shared Traefik instead of OrbStack #52), the URLs in the container logs are unreachable.
• The correct URLs are only in the scripts/dev.ts banner, and the attached logs scroll it away at once.

Drawbacks

• One new dev-only variable, DEV_PUBLIC_URL, set by docker-compose.dev.yml.
• The plugin is duplicated in both Vite configs, because apps/fumadocs imports no workspace package.
• The production server log now shows the configured BETTER_AUTH_URL, which is public anyway.

Prior art

• Overriding server.printUrls in configureServer is the documented Vite hook other plugins use (for example, QR-code plugins).
• Rejected: reprinting the banner from scripts/dev.ts once the stack is up. up --watch blocks, so it would need log parsing.

Notes

• Visual change: none, logs only.
• Tests: none added. Checked by hand. dev:up logs show the three Traefik URLs, and all answer through Traefik (web 307, docs 200, server 200). A local vite dev without the variable still prints localhost.
• Docs: contributing/local-stack.mdx gets one note. self-hosting/configuration.mdx is regenerated by env:sync.
• Gates: env:check, docs:check, oxlint and oxfmt pass. The AGENTS.md reviewer gate was not run by this agent.
• No migration and no breaking change.
