What changed

Three repo-scoped Claude Code agents in .claude/agents/, and an Orientation table in CLAUDE.md pointing to them.

Agent Role
cairn-contract-engineer Implements and fixes contracts under the repo's security conventions. A change is complete only when the contract, its interface, its UUPS variant (append-only storage, __gap adjusted) and its tests all match.
cairn-contract-auditor Read-only. Runs the Section 0 gate (PRD compliance, security, ≥95% coverage, gas, docs sync) against docs/audit/SECURITY-AUDIT.md and the whitepaper's Implementation Status, and returns READY_FOR_DEPLOYMENT or BLOCKED.
cairn-surface-sync Maps every location outside contracts/ that carries deployed addresses, ABIs, event names, test counts, the license, or status claims. check mode reports drift. repoint mode propagates new addresses, the startBlock and regenerated ABIs after a redeploy, and lists the remaining user-only steps.

All three are forbidden from deploying, broadcasting, or reading .env and keys.

Verification

  • File paths, the __gap slots in all four upgradeable/ contracts, and the TaskCreated/TaskSettled events in ICairnCore were checked against the current tree.
  • The address location list comes from a repo-wide search for the live CairnCore address (13 files).
  • No code changes; forge test is unaffected.
