Prepares the committed Web UI development since 0.1.3 for release 0.1.4.
Includes the completed Modern and 22-palette Omarchy contrast review, along
with the preceding committed frontend work. Unrelated uncommitted local edits
are excluded.
Validation: 91 browser tests and 11 live checks passed from a clean
committed-source copy. All 22 accepted palette appearances matched the final
source matrix. The packaged archive passed disposable plugin checks.
Publication is pending the plugin adapter prerequisite:
omarchy-QOL/syncshell#127
After this PR is merged and that prerequisite reaches remote
dev, taggingv0.1.4publishes the tested archive and starts the automated plugin import.The resulting plugin import PR must remain unmerged for review.
