Release scope

• Cut 2.4.15-beta.2 from the synchronized stage / master state.
• Update only the root and Core App manifests; independently versioned packages are unchanged.
• Add matching Chinese and English notes covering changes since v2.4.15-beta.1:
  • Verified on-device EmbeddingGemma runtime with PDF/code chunking and content snippet recall
  • Disk capacity monitoring with automatic indexing pauses before exhaustion
  • Image vector generation and resume indexing capabilities
  • File candidate hydration offloaded to read worker and Spotlight timeouts clamped
  • Filename typo recovery via n-grams and deep match preview
  • CoreBox direct feature entry via command prefix plus space and installed plugin search
  • Quick Flow meta action section and split file sharing actions
  • Performance and process tree diagnostics in settings with worker threads & lag telemetry
  • Dedicated WebContent translation view and TuffEx border-box form sizing
  • Nexus provider trend analytics and probe bars

Verification

• node scripts/release-notes-gateway.mjs verify --version 2.4.15-beta.2 --tag v2.4.15-beta.2: passed.
• node scripts/check-release-tag-version.mjs --tag v2.4.15-beta.2: passed.
• node scripts/check-bin-shims.mjs: passed.
• node scripts/check-branch-policy.mjs: passed.
• Commit hooks preserved; manifests synchronized.
• Existing client-channel baseline: beta 2.4.14-beta.58, stable 2.4.14.

After required checks pass, merge into stage, then tag the merge commit. Build and Release will validate the same SHA, build all platforms, verify macOS signing/notarization, run packaged launch smoke checks, publish the GitHub prerelease, and sync the Nexus Beta channel.
