docs(release-notes): label tnt-core explicitly

• Makes tnt-core the canonical release-note product line instead of generic Protocol and SDKs.
• Moves canonical release-note URLs to /release-notes/tnt-core and /release-notes/tnt-core/0.13.0.
• Keeps /release-notes/protocol and /release-notes/protocol/0.13.0 as bridge pages so existing links stay live.
