功能描述 / Feature Description

1. 将「模型测试」操作项从「更多操作」下拉菜单提取出来，直接展示在 Key 列表行操作区域。
2. 在设置页面增加配置项，允许用户自定义「更多操作」下拉菜单中展示哪些操作元素。

应用场景 / Use Case
当前操作流程：选中 Key → 点击更多操作 → 点击模型测试。高频测试模型时，每次都需要多点一次下拉菜单，操作繁琐。不同用户常用功能不一样，希望可以自由配置按钮，把高频操作放在行内，低频操作收纳进更多操作。

期望方案 / Desired Behavior

1. 默认「模型测试」按钮直接展示在 Key 列表行操作栏，无需打开更多操作菜单。
2. 设置中新增列表操作项自定义配置：用户可勾选需要收纳到「更多操作」的功能，未勾选的操作直接在行操作栏展示。
3. 用户自定义配置保存后即时生效，页面刷新后配置保留。

兼容性、数据与安全影响 / Compatibility, Data, and Security Impact
新增用户偏好配置存储，不改动原有业务数据、API、权限逻辑，无安全风险。

备选方案 / Alternatives Considered
暂无合适备选方案，只能每次打开更多操作菜单进行模型测试，操作链路较长。
