Sentrux workflow fails YAML parsing before any job starts #985

The workflow cannot be parsed on current public main (7fefd368af8cd09ed8d9505ebca7bcdf3e914560), so GitHub creates a failed check without running a job.

Reproduction:

actionlint .github/workflows/sentrux-quality-gate.yml

The first error is line 136: could not parse as YAML: could not find expected ':'. Markdown within the multiline shell COMMENT assignment is outside the indentation of the YAML run: | block. Subsequent lines in the same assignment have the same problem.

Observed failed check: https://github.com/terraphim/terraphim-ai/actions/runs/38623544785 (zero jobs). This file was unchanged by the extension release PR #984. VS Code and Continue release gates passed independently.

Scope: indent only the existing multiline shell content so the workflow parses, retain its existing trigger/runner/commands, and validate the extracted shell syntax and exact intended command text. Do not dispatch the privileged runner as part of this repair.

Gitea tracking is temporarily unavailable (stored CLI authentication fails and connector transport is closed); cross-link this issue into Gitea once access is restored.
