The packaged VS Code and Continue READMEs now show how to search an editor-exported Risk/Concern graph with
terraphim-grep, then capture an authored decision withterraphim-agentand read back its actual returned ID. They include Logseq-compatiblesynonyms::Markdown, separate CLI installation instructions pinned to the tested v1.21.20 release, and the public search, memory and hooks walkthroughs. Future Continue release notes reference both tools. The existing real MCP transport test now verifies reviewed graph replacement: the running process refuses changed bytes, and a restarted process admits the new graph digest and retrieves the added synonym. Actual CLI stdout, capture/readback JSON, binary hashes and command receipts are retained in
.docs/marketplace-cli-examples-20261014/.Validation:
actionlintandgit diff --checkpass.static-checks.json: the existing environment-selected test executable is flagged twice; the two added JSON-decode warnings represent intentional fail-fast assertions on actual test output. No production runtime code changes.Package versions remain unchanged. A subsequent versioned CI release and registry readback must carry these README bytes to Marketplace/Open VSX; merging this PR does not replace existing immutable packages.
