Continue CI discarded its test-output artifact when a test failed, and release download verification was only visible in job logs. Preserve the actual test log and any receipt on failure, while retaining the original failure exit through
pipefail. Upload the anonymous public ZIP/checksum readback from the release job, including partial evidence when verification fails.Validation: actionlint and whitespace checks pass; independent review confirmed failure status survives

Extension/package bytes, version, publication permissions and immutable-release checks are unchanged.
