The main demo now follows one user question: the brief says Risk, but the reader remembers Concern. In 80 seconds it creates Concern as an editor alternative, swaps wording, downloads the actual synonym graph and text, then searches those exact files with terraphim-grep, with synthesis off and on.
Includes natural-rate British female synthetic narration, captions and a transcript. The new how-to provides the real graph, saved text and both CLI outputs. The homepage points to this story; earlier host videos retain their recorded versions and limitations. CLI JSON is displayed readably and labelled as a presentation of actual output.
The editor bundle adds explicit document-graph export using existing Terraphim types and
synonyms::parsing. Source 4050ac9a35e1255ebc3f1d7cd50eb0dd97059730 is admitted through the independently pinned manifest e972d1c779cca709ff1a1c8e0b0c543b855d82d7e6fa26fbf14414f84c6fb1d0.Validation: 14 publication tests; Zola 0.22.1; all 132 source/output asset hashes; real Chrome add/swap/undo/redo/save/reopen/download; identical 3 actual chunks and exact citations off/on; independent review of source and final generated answer. The synthesis preserves planned decisions and unknown implementation status. MP4 full decode and final audio transcription passed, duration 80 seconds. HTTPS acceptance passed on the final deployed candidate: homepage stays on the preview origin, the 80-second video plays with decoded audio, all 9 story files match their reviewed hashes, and the editor source identity matches. Real online editor undo/redo, save/reopen and downloads reproduce the recorded graph/text exactly. A canonical-link escape from preview to production was found and fixed before final acceptance.
Source reviews: https://git.terraphim.cloud/terraphim/terraphim-editor/pulls/131 and https://git.terraphim.cloud/terraphim/terraphim-clients/pulls/385. This is a finite preview, not all-41 acceptance; Zed fork remains separate. Supersedes the rejected narration-only PR #21 as the main demo proposal.
