Show what happens between an agent's command mistake and its next real execution. Refresh the existing command-rewriting guide with a public Harbour fixture: actual exit-2 failure, saved learning, explicit reviewed promotion to a tool preference, disabled/enabled hook comparison, and a fresh OpenCode process executing the correction and writing validation.json.

Includes a 75-second British female narrated demo, checked captions/transcript, screenshots and a freshly reproduced ZIP using released agent v1.21.19 and OpenCode 2.0.20. The article identifies the included local adapter, distinguishes returned JSON from execution, and documents the tested public-data scope. Preserve the guide's original April date and the historical v1.8.1 announcement, adding a link to this current guide.

Validation: independent review against saved release/host receipts; all seven encoded scenes match their source views; natural-rate narration and 16 caption cues verified; pauses under two seconds; all 37 ZIP manifest files verified; real host reproduction passes. Website tests and desktop/mobile browser checks cover the page, video and all download bytes.

Immediate publication requested by Alex on 13 October 2026; the original two-day schedule is superseded. This remains independent of memory PR #26. Production and channel readbacks follow deployment. LinkedIn remains draft-only.
